The law firm division exclusively focuses on identifying associates, partners and practice groups for all practice areas of law firms including patent and intellectual properties. Our corporate in-house division services legal departments from staff attorney through General Counsel. We feel confident we have the knowledge and competence to conduct a cost efficient search that manages your resources as if they were our own. Each assignment, conducted properly, can take scores of hours. Our screening and interview procedure has been designed to conserve time and speed the selection process. Prior to undertaking an assignment, we define an ideal candidate profile with you. When we have the necessary information, we then proceed to:
- Review our existing database of interviewed candidates.
- Confirm their experience against your profile.
- Contact them, establish their interest in the position and, with their consent, forward their resume on to you.
Our database of active and non-active candidates reflects our knowledge and awareness of attorneys from general to specialized practice and their interest in exploring other employment opportunities.
